For Pain, Nervous System Regulation, and Restricted Movement
Personalized care that is attentive and unhurried.
What is Osteopathic Manual Medicine?
Osteopathic Manual Medicine is physician-delivered, hands-on treatment that focuses on relieving tension and restoring comfortable movement. In osteopathy, how the body moves, functions, and heals are understood to be interrelated. My approach is to find areas of tension or restriction and, through soft, experienced touch, allow them to release.
What I treat
- Nervous System Regulation The foundation of all treatment. Gentle observation of motion, breath, and stillness to support regulation, restorative rest, and a reduced fight-or-flight response.
- Chronic Pain Management Supporting shifts in persistent pain patterns to permit greater comfort, ease, and function.
- Headaches
- Neck Pain, Jaw Pain, and TMJ Dysfunction
- Traumatic Injuries (Whiplash, Falls, Accidents) Release of protective muscle tension and spasm following injury.
- Hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)
- Long COVID and Other Post-Viral Syndromes
- Dental Procedures and Orthodontics Helping the body accommodate changes in the mouth and jaw following dental procedures and orthodontic treatment.
